I like brandons idea of the picks being added at the end of the round. I feel like that would be a nice addition in here for compensation.

If you're going to have comp picks, would it be reasonable to grade them out on total money in the contract since that is what wins the bidding? ESPN ranking vs. total contract money. One is dependent on the final contract year, the other on the expected value entering the first year of the expired contract.
I like having a lower salary cap. It forces tough decisions and promotes player movement between teams. It would be great to keep the same roster together each year, but I'm more concerned about the ability of teams to get to that point rather than maintaining it.

Jesse, I will have a group PM to you, Anthony, and Brandon, and we will come up with a compensation pick set up. After we come up with something we will put it to a poll.
And yes, I think 105M is perfectly fine currently. You will have teams that will be pushing the 105M mark next season, and some possibly over, then you will have teams like me and many others who are going to have 20, 30, and even 50+M available. Also why I put a poll up for incoming payments, allows teams to bting in some more cash to keep some players intact.
